Very good overall

Drop off was on par with other off-site parking services. Return was a mess. Sounded like they thought our booking was for the previous day, so when I called after collecting the bags, the car was nowhere near ready. Many phone calls later, and it ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes to get the car from when I first called, rather than the expected 30 minutes. Considering how many of these services are available, I would go with a different one next time.

Drop off was fine but collection was not great - waited over a half hour for them to bring the car to the car park. However, for the price, it was suitable.

All the instructions I received were very clear. The drop off process went smoothly and the pick up was completed in a satisfactory period of time. I would use this service again without a second thought

No issues at all with the drop off - they messaged me in the morning telling me what to do and all went to plan. Unfortunately that wasn't the case on pick up. Again they messaged me asking for our flight number. As it happened our flight was cancelled but we got on an earlier flight and I sent them the new flight number. We called on arrival as requested and were told to call again when we had our bags. That took over an hour, but when we called the second time we were told that our car was not going to be there for another 20 - 25 minutes and they told us to wait in the terminal. I have used meet and greet services at Heathrow many times and have never had to wait so long for our car to be brought to us. I think they were trying to blame us for landing early, but they had the flight details, and got a call 90- minutes before they actually brought the car. The driver was very polite and offered us a discount next time we book, but the controller we spoke to was not polite at all.

The airport is having some major changes to their site, I had a 30% discount from Groupon and still paid over £80 to park in a gravel car park for two days, and even though I followed all the instructions in the email I still needed to contact someone to let me out. And now you have to walk twice as far than the old car park.

Cophall Parking is efficient and friendly, and responds quickly to any queries. We used to use comparison sites, now we just choose Cophall for all Gatwick flights

Very easy. Drop off and pick up efficient and quick. Although not far from terminal building, it’s still a walk without cover in bad weather.

Excellent all round. Prompt pick up and delivery. Great value too. Only slight gripe was radio nearly deafened me when traffic alert activated! The driver clearly enjoyed loud music! Would not detract me from using again though. Better than others used previously. Highly recommend.

Such an easy drop off system, photos taken of the car on arrival, given a receipt and on return brought back car to drop off point. Couldn't have been any easier!

Drivers both ways were helpful and friendly, plus person answering the telephone was very patient with our queries. I was told where to park my car and we headed off with no delay. Unfortunately we had forgotten our coats and my husband had to go back to get them from our car. Driver didn't charge him extra as there were people waiting to be picked up. Great service all round, many thanks.

A satisfied customer

On the whole a good experience. However there were a couple of issues regarding the pickup. 1. The car was reporting that it had been bumped about an hour after I dropped it off on the 1st of November. I couldn't see any dents but the impact must have been sufficient to trigger the Mercedes alerting system. Was it knocked by another car in the parking compound? 2. The mat in the driver's footwell was covered in mud. I had cleaned it the day before and it was spotless when I dropped it off. Someone with very muddy shoes must have been driving the car. Nothing regarding either issue was mentioned at the pick-up.

Such an easy process and for the price, really nice to come back to the comfort of your own car.

The airport parking process was excellent, stress free and quick transport to and from the airport. I would recommend this company for it's service and competetive pricing.

A2Z parking is very convenient and good value for money. Drop off and pick up in Terminal 5 short stay car park was very easy. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for our car to arrive back. The only problem (very small) was not being able to change the registration number online when it looks as if you should be able to. However, this was easily done during the phone call 20 minutes before arriving at the terminal.
