Having always been sceptical about using Meet & Greet's value for money, I was blown away by the service delivered by ParkAir 24/7. From the initial booking to the WhatsApp communication, how we were dealt with has been fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the instructional videos for car delivery, which ensured I knew what to do before arriving at the airport. I cannot wait to use this service for our next trip away! Easy and stress free

Although we were early at drop off this was no problem and the service was very efficient. Pick up was also very efficient as the car was ready immediately without delay especially as we were picking up in the early hours of the morning. Would recommend this service

Booked the parking service for Park Giant however the parking which I received was from Terminals Parking (Park and Ride). The service was good however I could have saved money if I would have selected Terminals Parking at the first place.

They were very flexible when I had booked for the wrong terminal. They answered the phone quite quickly and their instructions were very clear to follow. We did have to wait for the car to be brought to us, but less than 10 minutes.

Amazing overall experience

Called ahead to say we would be 30 minutes later than planned (M62 - the joys), wasn't an issue. Arrived, mini busses waiting. Seen to in 30seconds, bags taken from our boot by staff and loaded on the bus. Keen to get us away to our terminal promptly, staff even said they would take my keys and go park the car in a bay for us so we can jump on the bus right away. Ticket given for return with details on process and proof of parking. We had a 6 hour delay homebound, called ahead again - advised no problem, just to call when we finally get to Manchester and have our bags. We ended up returning into T1 instead of T3 (our arrival was so late, immigration in T3 was closed) - again I called to advise and was told a driver would be sent. There was a 30+ minute wait to get a bus back to the car park and a further call was required, this felt a little long but in retrospect we had been travelling for a long time due to the delay. Furthermore, we arrived 6 hours out of sequence and slap bang in the middle of their morning rush to shuttle people to the airport for departures. So I really can't grumble too much at that. In summary, good value, very organised and I would use again.

Absolutely great service and value for money. Had to get my car back unexpectedly for 24 hours after parked and they were really help, fair and sweet. Will definitely use in the future.

Will definitely use again

All worked as expected going out and staff helpful and friendly. On return the car was not there. I wonder if ringing the supplied number after you have collected your baggage gives them enough time to get the car to the car park. I did in fact have a very helpful and friendly chat with one of the team on the pros and cons of when to phone and there are arguments on both sides. Not too long to wait but at 02:00 it might not seem quite the same. The team were helpful and friendly and would use again. Thank you.

Drop off place difficult to find and no signage there were two cars behind me with the same issue. It was only when we seen a person frantically waving from the 4 level of the car park did we find the right place. they did not have my booking and was only when i showed them my reference and booking confirmation was i allowed to proceed. Travel to rail station was fine good helpful driver was told that on return wood be picked up at same spot this is not the case but on the opposite side and further down again no signage on vehicle etc just seen a vehicle and asked . Return to collect car was with helpful driver

Generally good. Waited too long for rep to arrive at drop off and it took too long for our call to be answered to arrange collection.

Drop off was ok, but pick up process was abysmal. Like all others waiting to go home after a tiring journey, we had 5 grandchildren with us ages 4 - 8, and they were all very tired. First call was made at 18.13 by me and subsequently two more calls were made by other passengers, and on each occasion we were told that the bus was on its way to us. Meanwhile, buses by 'APH' and Purple Parking, each made 3 pick ups whilst we were waiting for Maple parking. to appear. Another passenger informed me that he had made a call even before me. Eventually at 18.57 the bus appeared and by the time it picked up passengers from the North Terminal, there was no room to stand even. If worth mentioning, this is the second time I've used this car park and the first experience was no better.

Excellent service

Very good experience overall. Clear instructions re drop off and pick up and very easy access to both departures and arrivals so no hassle with link buses etc. A quick and friendly welcome on dropping off and equally so when returning. Will certainly be using again. Recommended.

Efficient and simple

I have used them for the last few year , I have never had a problem with them, always reliable.

Drop off was perfect - but pick up was slower than we'd expected due to problems we had in making contact on designated phone number. Car was not delivered to us until 30 minutes after we had collected our luggage.
