Very competitively priced, however the drop off process wasn't without problems as when I arrived after already telephoning ahead, I had to wait 15 mins and then had to make a further call. I was slightly worried at this point that they never had my booking, however they soon sorted the problem and a driver arrived after 10 mins. On the return my car was ready and waiting at the car park, so I put the drop off down to a blip and would use this company again. The drivers were both courteous.

Amazing service, quick and easy!!

The instructions said call when you're 30 minutes away. So, after a few attempts we get through and they just say call when you're 10 minutes away. We do but when we arrive we needed to wait over 20 minutes for the driver to come and meet us. From that point the service was excellent and the post trip pick up was on time and efficient. Would use again.

Friendly staff even when I have dropped my car and they was short staff and working under pressure but they were very organised. Drop-off and pick-up was again organised. I will definitely recommend.

Drop off and collection very good .

The principle of this drop-off service is excellent. Unfortunately the written instructions do not match the reality of where the car should be dropped off and picked up (written 'Level Four' for drop-off and pick-up. Reality is to meet the driver at the Level Five drive-through). PLEASE AMEND THE WRITTEN DROP-OFF AND PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS IMMEDIATELY! PLEASE ALSO MAKE SURE THAT ANY VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PHONE ARE CORRECTLY UNDERSTOOD. Once I had met up with the driver, I could not fault the service. The car was also returned in good order, the way I had handed it over. I was also delighted with the discount offered for future use of this service.

A little disconcerting as drop off process was different to that printed - but it was fine.

Repeat Customer - We have used A2Z Parking several times at London Heathrow Terminal 5. Easy and clear instructions for dropping off and collecting. On this occasion we did have to wait for 20-25 mins calling 3 times on arrival as there was no sign of anyone. Not easy to identify the A2Z parking rep compared to other parking companies (of which there are many operating in the same Car Park zone) who had a service booth or clear company identification on their coats / high viz vests. Would recommend A2Z invest in some high viz vests with large Company branding on them. Otherwise a very easy process and friendly customer experience.

Found where to park at T5 easily following instructions but there were so many people waiting by purple parking it wasn’t immediately obvious who our guy was. On the return trip however we rang when landed and again when we got luggage car was already there waiting for us

Good friendly drop off. The lady was waiting when I got to the car park. On pick up I waited about 20 mins which was the expected time. I found it a bit disturbing that the lady bringing my car did not wear a mask or gloves and there was no disinfecting the steering wheel and all other leavers, door handles etc before handing the car over. In these times we live in, this cleaning process should be mandatory and would show care to the customer.
