We have used Maple Parking twice now and have had good experiences. The process of booking is so simple . The drop off was easy and the bus came to pick us up within 10 minutes. When we landed we called a number and picked up our bus outside the terminal. Our keys and car were ready for collection. We will definitely use Maple parking again .

Terminals Parking Ltd is professional and good service

Everything was going very well until I pick up the car. It was full off bird poo end to end and the assistant couldn't explain the reason for this. It does appear that the car was parked under a tree and the least they could have done before handing the car back is to wash it.

Was not clear on the location for the drop off process, even after calling a number of times. Needs to be specified that you should be going into the short term parking area, not the Pick Up/Drop Off area.
