Seamless drop off and collection. Helpful, polite staff. Bit of a sting paying £20 more on top(£10 each way) to get in and out of parking lot. They had said payment would be required, but not how much. Everything else was fantastic. Would recommend them.

pICK UP WAS SLOW AS DIRVER ANTICIPATED SLOW PASSPORT / CUSTOMS PROCESS WHICH WAS SLOWERTHAN NORMAL BUT TOOK ONLY 30 MINS AND DRIVER DID NOT ARRIVE TIL 20 MINS AFTER I GOT TO PICK UP POINT oTHERWISE A SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT PROCESS

Would happily use again. No fuss drop -off. I had to wait a little bit for collection but I got through security quickly with no bags to collect. Would use again though.

This is the second year I have used this service and I must say that the service is Excellent, within 2 minutes of me letting them know that I had arrived, They were there to pick me up and ferry me back to my car . I can't fault there Service.

Very friendly and efficient. They were proactive by calling me on arrival to inform me of the immigration chaos at Heathrow and got the car to me within five minutes of us making it out to the car park

Easiest way to park at Heathrow, with great location, friendly staff and quick links with own transport to the Terminals. Received a call shortly after arrival to the UK and we were picked up in a matter of minutes. I had to extend the stay and this was also completely effortless. Will definitely use again! Thank you!

Despite having to change my arrival time and being late because of heavy traffic, the representative was there to meet me on time and again when i returned at 10.30 at night my car was delivered within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

The instructions regarding the Car park charge on arrival:- All vehicles being dropped off will be charged £5 and on exist will be charged £6 vehicle exit fee by Manchester Airport on the collection and returning of the vehicle which V.I.P Meet & Greet will not be liable for. This will be payable on your return This needs elaborating as your driver that collected my car wanted £5 cash and we didn't have any UK money with us but we did give it to the driver that delivered the car back to us at the end of our trip. Also for the £6 exit this can be paid by card so this would be useful to know on your instructions.
