The car parking was miles away from the airport, this was not explained when I booked over the phone. The only saving grace was the helpful staff, who were very apologetic and understanding as they had many complaints over the day we were there.

Terrible. I had to wait over one hour to get my car back when I returned.

Easy convenient egg my reasonable price

I phoned as soon as I landed to inform them I had landed, then again as soon as I had my bags. I was told it would be an hours wait. After numerous phone calls, my car finally arrived 2.5 hours later. The driver told me he had just received the keys and had no idea why the company had lied or delayed my cars return.

Dropping off was ok ish staff very blunt and always in a hurry. On collecting I rang at the baggage collection as requested I was told the cat would be returned in 20 minutes. We got to the car park, we waited and waited and waited ! I asked at least 3 times where our car was I got a rude response it’s on it way every time. Eventually the car returned must off been near an hour later stood in the freezing cold. It had a mud scrape mark on the inside of the car door. When I asked where it had been I got a sarcastic answer saying don’t ask me I only drive them. All they want is your money !!! No customer service I won’t use them again .

When we arrived in the car park we were greeted with a smile the attendant checked our papers and we were on our way to check in, on return we called from Baggage claim made our way to the collection point and waited approx. 2 minutes and our car arrived with a very friendly driver. will definetly use A2Z again.

The biggest con artists TRULY THE WORST COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY TRY TO EXTORT YOU FOR MORE MONEY THAT THEY CANNOT PROVE YOU OWE! I CONTACTED A2Z THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY WHO I HAD PARKED WITH WHO WERE SELECTED BY THEM (ONE STOP PARKING) THE COMPANY WHEN I SEARCHED THEM UP DID NOT HAVE A VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER! I honestly had the worst experience of my life! It is better to pay a little more and receive the service you are paying for! When I was leaving the parking garage the workers explained that these companies are always conning people! If I could I would have given them a ZERO!

The process was easy, staff at desk very helpful BUT I had booked with A2Z and my booking details were not on the system when I arrived. Everything had to be entered which caused a bit of a hold up. The very helpful guy at the desk said this often happened with A2Z bookings.
