Terminal 2 is the Queen’s Terminal, serving mainly Star Alliance airlines such as Lufthansa, United and Air Canada.

Terminal 2 sits in the central Heathrow cluster with Terminal 3. Match Meet & Greet receptions and Park & Ride shuttles to T2, not T5 or T4. Compare short stay, long stay, Meet & Greet and Park & Ride for this terminal only — products that serve a different terminal will not help on travel day.

Parking types at Terminal 2

Meet & Greet drops you at the T2 reception. Park & Ride uses a shuttle to this terminal. Short stay is the close-in choice for a night or two; long stay is the week-or-more comparison, usually Park & Ride or official long stay.

Heathrow’s public drop-off zones are charged separately. Booked Meet & Greet should send you to the operator’s reception, not the public short-stay loop.

Can I park at Terminal 2 and walk to another terminal?

Heathrow terminals are not a short walk from each other, especially T4 and T5 versus the central T2/T3 cluster. Book parking for the terminal you are flying from.

Is Terminal 1 still open?

No. Heathrow Terminal 1 is closed. Parking on this site is listed for Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 only.
