Heathrow Meet & Greet Parking

Meet & Greet is the fastest way through Heathrow with a car: you drive to the reception for Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5, an insured driver takes the vehicle to a secure compound, and you walk to check-in. On return you collect your bags, call the number on the voucher, and the car is brought back to the terminal.

It costs more than Park & Ride on most dates because there is no shuttle. That trade-off matters for early long-haul departures, travelling with children, or when you would rather not wait for a bus.

How Heathrow Meet & Greet works on the day

Your confirmation names the exact reception — it is not the public drop-off zone. Arrive in your booked slot, follow the operator’s signs, and keep the voucher handy.

The car’s condition is checked at handover. Choose an operator that tracks your actual landing time rather than the schedule, so a delayed inbound does not automatically trigger a waiting-time fee (often after around 30 minutes).

Heathrow levies a charge on vehicles stopping in the public terminal drop-off zones. If a Meet & Greet total looks unusually low, check whether that levy is already included before you pay.

Meet & Greet at every open terminal

Most operators cover T2, T3 and T5. T4 coverage still varies: the Terminal 4 multi-storey closed on 23 June 2026, and Meet & Greet / Terminal Parking for T4 has moved to Zone A of the Terminal 4 Park & Ride. Your booking confirmation shows the current pickup zone — ignore older guides that still mention the old multi-storey.

Terminal 5 is the largest and busiest; BA banks fill Meet & Greet slots early. Terminal 2 is the Queen’s Terminal (Star Alliance). Terminal 3 handles much of the long-haul mix.

Is Meet & Greet available at every Heathrow terminal?

Most operators cover T2, T3 and T5. T4 coverage varies since the June 2026 multi-storey closure, so always confirm your pickup zone at booking. Terminal 1 is closed.

Is my car insured while it is parked?

A2Z only lists insured operators, with cover details shown at booking. For Meet & Greet, the car’s condition is checked before keys are handed over.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Call the operator on the confirmation. Reputable Meet & Greet operators track your actual landing time, not only the scheduled one.
