These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the A2Z Airport Parking website to compare and book UK airport parking, hotel stays and flights.

A2Z Airport Parking is operated by A2Z Airport Parking Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10693802).

A2Z Airport Parking Ltd acts as a UK travel comparison platform and booking agent. We help customers compare and book airport parking with third-party parking providers, and hotel stays and flights fulfilled by travel partners. We do not own or operate car parks, hotels or airlines.

In this policy, references to "we", "us", "our", "booking agent", "comparison platform" or "booking platform" mean A2Z Airport Parking Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the customer. References to "parking provider" or "service provider" mean the third-party company that supplies the parking service. References to "travel partner" mean the hotel, airline or travel supplier that fulfils a hotel or flight booking.

All car park services offered are off-site unless otherwise stated. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our role as booking agent

A2Z Airport Parking Ltd acts as a booking platform and booking agent only. We do not provide parking services ourselves.

We allow customers to compare airport parking options and make bookings with third-party airport parking service providers.

The parking service itself — including vehicle collection, parking, storage, shuttle transfer, Meet and Greet, vehicle return and on-site service — is provided by the selected third-party parking provider.

You contract with the individual car park and are subject to their terms, which may contain exemption clauses and limit liability. Full provider terms are available on request.

Claims regarding parking services (e.g. collection and delivery of vehicle, damage to the vehicle) must be made against the parking service provider under their terms.

A2Z Airport Parking Ltd does not own, operate, store, park, drive or control customer vehicles unless clearly stated otherwise.

1A. Hotels and flights

Hotels and flights on A2Z are provided in partnership with trusted travel suppliers. A2Z remains your starting point for comparing and arranging your trip. Your booking confirmation will show the relevant accommodation or airline provider and the party responsible for fulfilment.

Airport parking is booked with A2Z Airport Parking. Hotel and flight bookings are fulfilled by our travel partners and are subject to their booking, cancellation and amendment terms.

Parking, hotel and flight bookings are separate contracts. We do not take a single combined payment for parking, hotel and flight. If A2Z shows more than one confirmed product together, that is a convenience list only. You pay each product at its own checkout and may see separate card transactions.

Hotel stays are fulfilled by the hotel and our travel partners. Changes, cancellations and check-in rules follow the rate terms shown at checkout and on your hotel confirmation.

Flights are fulfilled by the airline and our travel partners. Airline schedule changes, cancellations, baggage allowances, name corrections and ticketing are not the same as A2Z parking terms and are handled under the airline and partner rules on your ticket.

If you book more than one product, keep each confirmation. Parking support is provided by A2Z Airport Parking. Hotel and flight fulfilment questions may need the hotel, airline or travel partner shown on that confirmation.

2. Your booking

When you make a booking, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, including:

Name and contact details
Airport, arrival and return dates/times
Vehicle registration and flight details where requested
Parking product selected

Incorrect information may affect your booking, collection, return or parking service.

Click "More Info" on each product for additional surcharges, operational hours, limitations and service provider details. Additional charges are set by the service provider independently and are not part of our advertised prices.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are for pre-booking. Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Airport parking payments are taken through the A2Z parking checkout. Hotel and flight payments are taken through the travel-partner booking flow for that product. These are separate bookings and may appear as separate card transactions.

Some car parks cannot accommodate high-sided or unusually wide vehicles, or may charge extra — check "More Info" or contact us before booking.

4. Booking confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation voucher or email has been issued. We will endeavour to send the confirmation to the email address provided. If you do not receive it, contact us immediately or use Manage Booking with your email and booking reference, vehicle registration or mobile number.

No refund is available for a no-show or where a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the booked parking start date and time.

5. Cancellations, refunds and cancellation fees

Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exempts leisure services on a specific date from the 14-day cooling-off period. Cancellations are subject to these Terms and our Cancellation Policy.

All cancellation requests must be made directly through A2Z Airport Parking Ltd, not solely with the parking provider, unless we expressly instruct you otherwise. Contact us during office hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, excluding bank holidays) with your booking reference, or use the options on our support desk.

Flexible bookings may be cancelled only where A2Z receives the request at least 48 hours before the booked parking start date and time (the scheduled parking arrival time shown on the booking confirmation). The 48-hour deadline is measured from the parking start, not from the date the booking was made.

Flexible bookings have free cancellation for 24 hours after the booking is made. A £10.00 cancellation/administration fee applies thereafter and will be deducted from the refund. No cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of arrival (the booked parking start date and time).

Booking fees, SMS charges, postal charges, Cancellation Cover, Amendment Charges, optional extras and other stated non-refundable charges will not be refunded.

Requests received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. Cancellations remain subject to the operator’s applicable terms.

No refunds for unused part stays.

If you cancel after an amendment, the applicable cancellation fee (none within 24 hours of booking, £10.00 thereafter) plus any amendment charges may be deducted before any refund.

Parking date changes may convert a booking to non-flexible, which cannot be amended again and is non-refundable if cancelled thereafter.

Customers who cancel and later reinstate a booking will not receive a refund if cancelled again.

Cancellation Cover

Cancellation Cover applies only where it is offered for and added to an eligible flexible booking. The cancellation request must still be received at least 48 hours before the booked parking start date and time.

The £10.00 cancellation fee still applies after the first 24 hours. Cancellation Cover charges, booking fees, SMS charges, postal charges and optional extras remain non-refundable.

Does not apply to same-day bookings, next-day bookings, or certain products where stated.

6. Refund voucher

If cancellation notice is more than 5 days before the scheduled parking arrival time, you may opt for a voucher for the paid amount minus £5 instead of a cash refund.
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Contact our support desk to cancel a booking.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or offers.

7. Booking amendments

A. Amendment notice

Customers may amend a booking only if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time
Amendment requests made within 48 hours of departure are not permitted
Changes must be processed through Manage Booking

B. Administration fees (Booking Transfer and Date Change)

The administration fee for Booking Transfer and Date Change is £5.00
Date changes may also require payment of any increase in the quoted parking price
Charges apply whether the stay is increased or reduced; reducing the stay does not automatically create a refund

C. Cooling-Off Period – Free Amendments

The Cooling-Off Period applies only to bookings made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time
Bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for the Cooling-Off Period
Customers may make eligible amendments free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking (the "Cooling-Off Period")
The Cooling-Off Period applies only to standard booking amendments
Date changes, booking transfers and cancellations are not included in the Cooling-Off Period and will be subject to the applicable fees and terms
All cancellation charges and cancellation policies remain applicable and are not waived during the Cooling-Off Period

D. Time amendments

Changes to the booking time only are free of charge
Time amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time

E. Other booking-detail amendment charges

Other booking-detail changes requested at least 48 hours before departure are subject to the applicable amendment charge (for example £5.99, or £2.99 when more than 72 hours before departure), unless waived under the Cooling-Off Period
Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded

Transfer of Booking

Bookings may be transferred with at least 48 hours' notice before departure, subject to availability.

A £5.00 administration fee will apply to all booking transfers.

If the new booking costs more than the original, the customer must pay the difference before the transfer is confirmed.

Non-flexible products

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. The non-flexible status must be shown clearly before purchase.

8. Late return cover and extended stays

Where Late Return Cover applies to your product, it may reimburse extra parking costs for up to 48 hours from your booked return date and time when a delay is justified and documented (e.g. boarding pass or flight delay notification submitted within 3 days of return).

Cover typically applies to delayed flights of more than 6 hours or cancelled flights. Exclusions include war, riots, extreme weather, epidemics, personal illness, trip extensions and events outside our control.

Any Late Return Cover applies only where it was included in the booking and the customer satisfies all applicable evidence, notification and claim requirements.

Customers who stay longer than their booked parking period, including because a flight is delayed or cancelled, must pay the parking provider's prevailing daily rate for the extra time.

The additional rate will normally be between £25 and £45 per day, although the parking provider's actual rate at the time will apply.

Submit a claim via Manage Booking or our support desk within 3 days of return.

9. Customer responsibilities

Customers must:

Have the booking confirmation voucher or booking reference available when travelling
Obtain the chauffeur's telephone number and follow the stated arrival procedure before departing for the airport
Remove personal possessions and leave only the keys or access codes required to move the vehicle
Inspect the vehicle carefully before leaving the site or terminal and report any concern immediately
Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, insured and has a current MOT where required
Follow all Meet & Greet and Park & Ride procedures. Additional charges resulting from non-compliance are the customer's responsibility
Arrive at the agreed time and promptly notify the provider or A2Z of any delay

10. Vehicle condition and valuables

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle.

Report concerns about vehicle condition, mileage, damage, collection, return or missing items immediately to the parking provider and to A2Z Airport Parking.

A2Z Airport Parking Ltd is not responsible once the vehicle is in the care of the service provider. Providers accept no liability for faulty keys or fobs left on the key ring — leave correct keys and instructions.

11. Arrival time

Customers must arrive at the car park or terminal with sufficient time to complete check-in and follow the provider's procedure.

Airport traffic, road conditions, security restrictions, flight changes and provider delays may affect service times. Customers are responsible for allowing adequate time and for notifying the provider promptly if delayed.

12. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted via our support desk with your booking reference and supporting documents. Full routes for parking, hotel and flight issues are in our Customer Support & Complaints Policy
We aim to acknowledge a complaint as soon as reasonably practicable and to provide a substantive response within 14 days where the matter is within A2Z's control
Service complaints about parking should be lodged within 24 hours of return to the UK where practical
Inform the service provider immediately on site — they may need to move vehicles within facilities
We will assist where possible but assistance cannot be guaranteed

13. Website use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, copy protected content without permission, submit false information, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

These Terms apply only to bookings made directly through the A2Z website or another A2Z-authorised booking channel.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

As a booking agent, A2Z Airport Parking Ltd is responsible only for losses directly caused by its negligence in processing the booking. The parking service is supplied by the selected third-party provider, and service-related claims must be pursued under that provider's terms.

A2Z is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, incorrect information supplied by the customer, missed flights, delays, overstay charges, indirect or consequential losses, or events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, epidemic, airport restrictions or transport disruption.

Subject to applicable law, A2Z's total liability is limited to the amount paid to A2Z for the affected booking.

15. Heathrow ULEZ

Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) applies across London boroughs including Heathrow. Non-compliant vehicles must pay the daily charge. Set up Auto Pay to avoid penalty notices.

Meet & Greet operators may move vehicles between compounds. You are responsible for ULEZ charges and penalties if Auto Pay is not set up. Park & Ride may be preferable for non-ULEZ vehicles at Heathrow.

16. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force at the time of use.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
