Hotels & Flights Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These Hotels & Flights Terms and Conditions apply when you search for, reserve or purchase hotel accommodation or flight services through A2Z Airport Parking.
They apply in addition to our general website terms and, where applicable, our Airport Parking Terms and Conditions.
1. Who We Are
A2Z Airport Parking provides airport parking comparison and booking services and also provides customers with access to hotel and flight booking services through independent travel partners.
References in these Terms to “A2Z”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean A2Z Airport Parking.
Hotel accommodation and flights displayed through A2Z may be supplied, booked, ticketed, processed or fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers, including accommodation providers, airlines and travel technology partners.
The relevant supplier details will be provided during the booking process and/or in your booking confirmation where applicable.
2. Our Role for Hotels and Flights
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, A2Z acts as a booking and comparison channel in relation to hotel and flight services supplied by independent third parties.
A2Z does not own, operate or control the hotels or airlines displayed on our website.
The relevant:
- hotel is responsible for providing the accommodation;
- airline is responsible for providing the air transport;
- travel supplier or booking partner may be responsible for reservation fulfilment, ticketing, payment processing, servicing, amendments and refunds.
A2Z remains responsible for the services that A2Z itself provides and nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Separate Products and Contracts
Airport parking, hotels and flights are different travel services.
Unless expressly sold and identified as a single package, selecting more than one product through A2Z may result in:
- separate booking contracts;
- separate booking references;
- separate suppliers;
- separate payment transactions;
- separate confirmations;
- separate cancellation conditions; and
- separate amendment and refund rules.
A displayed trip summary or combined estimated total does not necessarily mean that the products form one contract or one card transaction.
4. Airport Parking
Airport parking bookings remain subject to the applicable A2Z Airport Parking Terms and Conditions and any disclosed conditions of the parking operator providing the service.
Hotel and flight cancellation rules do not apply to airport parking bookings.
5. Hotel Bookings
Hotel availability, prices, room descriptions, photographs, facilities, meal arrangements, policies and other property information are supplied to us by our travel partners and/or accommodation providers.
We take reasonable steps to display the information supplied to us accurately, but A2Z does not independently inspect every hotel or verify every item of property information.
A hotel booking is confirmed only when a confirmed booking reference has been issued.
Until confirmation is issued, availability and price may change.
6. Hotel Prices
The price payable for the hotel will be shown before booking.
Where the rate includes taxes or charges known to the supplier, these will be displayed where provided to us.
Some accommodation providers or destinations may charge amounts directly at the property, including:
- city or tourism taxes;
- resort or destination fees;
- security deposits;
- parking fees;
- optional meals;
- minibar or incidental charges; or
- other locally payable amounts.
Where known, we will endeavour to display these charges before booking.
7. Hotel Cancellation Conditions
Hotel cancellation conditions are specific to the particular room and rate selected.
You must review the cancellation policy displayed before completing the booking.
A rate may be:
Refundable
A refundable rate may allow cancellation without charge before the stated cancellation deadline.
After that deadline, a cancellation charge may apply, including part or all of the booking amount.
Non-Refundable
If a rate is described as non-refundable, cancellation may result in the loss of all or substantially all of the amount paid.
Any refund entitlement is determined by the cancellation policy attached to the particular booking.
The cancellation conditions shown and accepted at checkout form part of the hotel booking contract.
8. Hotel Amendments
Changes to a confirmed hotel booking are subject to the rules and availability of the relevant supplier and hotel.
A requested amendment may:
- result in a different price;
- result in additional charges;
- require cancellation and rebooking;
- cause the original rate to be lost; or
- be unavailable.
A2Z cannot guarantee that a confirmed booking can be amended.
9. Hotel No-Shows
If you do not arrive at the hotel and have not cancelled within the permitted period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
The hotel or travel supplier may retain some or all of the booking price in accordance with the conditions attached to your reservation.
10. Responsibility for Hotel Services
The accommodation provider is responsible for the actual provision and operation of the accommodation service, including matters such as:
- room allocation;
- cleanliness;
- facilities;
- maintenance;
- hotel staffing;
- check-in and check-out;
- hotel operational decisions; and
- the standard of the accommodation supplied.
Where an issue concerns the performance of the accommodation itself, the hotel and/or relevant travel supplier will normally be responsible for addressing that issue.
This does not exclude any responsibility that A2Z itself has under applicable law.
11. Flight Bookings
Flight schedules, fares, seat availability, baggage allowances, fare rules and other airline information are supplied by airlines and travel partners.
Airline inventory is dynamic and may change quickly.
A flight is not confirmed merely because it appears in search results.
The reservation must be successfully completed and, where applicable, a ticket or confirmed booking reference issued.
12. Flight Prices
The final flight price will be displayed before payment.
A flight price may include a combination of:
- base fare;
- taxes;
- airline charges;
- selected baggage;
- selected seating;
- supplier charges; and
- other disclosed services.
Optional services added after initial booking may be subject to additional charges.
13. Flight Payments and Merchant of Record
Where the applicable Nuitée payment solution is used, the customer's card payment may be processed by Nuitée as Merchant of Record.
In those circumstances, the cardholder statement may display Nuitée or the relevant payment entity rather than A2Z Airport Parking.
Where another payment arrangement applies, the identity of the payment provider or merchant will be displayed during checkout or within the payment confirmation.
Airport parking may be processed separately.
14. Flight Fare Rules
Every airline fare has its own rules.
Depending on the fare selected, a ticket may be:
- refundable;
- partially refundable;
- non-refundable;
- changeable subject to charges;
- changeable subject to a fare difference; or
- non-changeable.
You must review the fare conditions presented before payment.
The fare conditions accepted at checkout form part of your flight booking.
15. Flight Amendments
Where an airline permits a change, additional charges may include:
- an airline change fee;
- a fare difference;
- additional taxes;
- supplier servicing charges; or
- charges for additional baggage, seating or services.
A requested change is not guaranteed until confirmed by the relevant supplier or airline.
16. Flight Cancellations and Refunds
Refund entitlement is determined primarily by the airline fare rules and the conditions applicable to the booking.
Where a refund is authorised, it will normally be processed back through the original payment method or payment channel.
Processing times may depend on the airline, travel supplier, payment processor and card issuer.
17. Airline Schedule Changes, Delays and Cancellations
Airlines may change:
- departure or arrival times;
- terminals;
- aircraft;
- routes;
- connection times; or
- other operational details.
Airlines may also delay or cancel flights.
The relevant airline remains responsible for operating the flight and making operational decisions.
Where our travel partner receives a significant schedule change, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the information to you using the contact details provided with your booking.
18. Flight Servicing
Our flight travel partner may provide servicing in relation to airline bookings, including schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, modifications and other airline servicing matters.
Depending on the support model applicable to your booking, you may communicate either with A2Z or directly with the travel partner.
Where a request must be actioned by an airline or travel supplier, A2Z cannot guarantee the outcome requested.
19. Airport Control Period
Close to departure, particularly once airline check-in has opened, certain booking matters may come under the airline's direct operational control.
In those circumstances, urgent issues may have to be resolved directly with the airline or airport staff.
Customers should follow any instructions provided by the airline or travel partner.
20. Baggage and Seats
Baggage allowances and seating conditions vary between airlines and fares.
You are responsible for reviewing the allowance attached to your booking.
Charges may apply where baggage exceeds the purchased allowance.
Optional baggage, seats and other airline services may be non-refundable after purchase.
21. Passenger and Guest Details
You are responsible for entering accurate information.
For flights, passenger names should match the passenger's passport or other required travel document.
Incorrect names or details may:
- incur amendment charges;
- be impossible to amend;
- require cancellation and rebooking; or
- require the purchase of a new ticket.
Please check all information before payment.
22. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable:
- passport requirements;
- visa requirements;
- transit requirements;
- immigration conditions;
- health requirements; and
- destination entry rules.
A2Z does not provide immigration or legal advice.
Failure to satisfy travel requirements does not automatically create a right to a refund.
23. Third-Party Supplier Conditions
Hotel and flight bookings may also be subject to conditions imposed by:
- hotels;
- airlines;
- travel suppliers;
- ticketing providers; and
- payment providers.
These supplier conditions will apply to the relevant service where disclosed.
24. Information Supplied by Third Parties
A2Z relies on third-party systems for some hotel and flight information.
Although we take reasonable care in displaying information, supplier information may change after it has been supplied to us.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused solely by information supplied incorrectly or subsequently changed by an independent third party where A2Z has taken reasonable care and is not itself at fault.
25. Circumstances Outside Our Reasonable Control
A2Z is not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control where A2Z has not breached its own legal obligations.
These may include:
- severe weather;
- airport closures;
- air traffic restrictions;
- airline operational decisions;
- industrial action;
- government restrictions;
- security incidents;
- natural disasters; or
- failure of an independent supplier.
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
26. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
A2Z remains responsible for loss caused by its own breach of contract, negligence or other legal responsibility to the extent required by law.
A2Z does not accept responsibility for the independent operational performance of an airline, hotel or other supplier where the matter is outside A2Z's control and A2Z is not legally responsible for that supplier's performance.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
27. Combined Travel Services
Purchasing multiple travel services through the same website can, depending on the circumstances, create additional statutory rights under UK travel law.
Where your booking qualifies as a package or Linked Travel Arrangement under applicable law, any mandatory protections required by that law will apply regardless of the wording of these Terms.
Where additional statutory information or insolvency protection is required, it will be provided during the booking process.
28. Booking Confirmation
You should check every confirmation immediately.
Please verify:
- names;
- travel dates;
- destination;
- hotel;
- room type;
- flight route;
- flight times;
- baggage;
- seating;
- cancellation rules; and
- contact details.
Errors should be reported as soon as possible.
29. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless the supplier's process requires otherwise.
A2Z cannot control the time taken by an independent bank, card issuer or payment processor after a refund has been released.
Hotel and flight cancellation, amendment and refund rules are also set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
30. Customer Support
For airport parking enquiries, contact A2Z Airport Parking.
For hotels or flights, your confirmation will identify the appropriate support route where applicable.
A2Z may assist with a request, but where a hotel, airline or travel supplier must make the decision or perform the action, the outcome remains subject to that supplier's rules.
Full contact routes and complaint handling are set out in our Customer Support & Complaints Policy.
31. Complaints
If your complaint concerns A2Z's own booking service, please contact A2Z.
If the complaint concerns accommodation or an airline service, please report the problem to the relevant provider promptly and, where possible, while the provider has an opportunity to resolve it.
We may assist in passing appropriate complaints to our travel partners, but we cannot guarantee the supplier's decision.
See our Customer Support & Complaints Policy for contact details, evidence to keep, and response times.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to an existing confirmed booking are those that applied when the booking was made together with the specific supplier and rate/fare conditions accepted at checkout.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to A2Z's UK operations, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
