Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, amendments and refunds are handled for bookings made through A2Z Airport Parking ("A2Z", "we", "us", "our").

Airport parking cancellations follow the parking rules in sections 1 to 10 below. Hotel and flight cancellations follow sections 11 to 21, the Hotels & Flights Terms and Conditions, the booking-specific cancellation or fare rules shown before payment, and any applicable supplier terms.

The parking 24-hour free-cancellation window, £10.00 cancellation fee and 48-hour parking notice period do not apply to hotel or flight bookings unless a hotel rate or airline fare says otherwise.

A2Z Airport Parking is operated by A2Z Airport Parking Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10693802).

A2Z Airport Parking Ltd acts as a UK travel comparison platform and booking agent. We help customers compare and book airport parking with third-party parking providers, and hotel stays and flights fulfilled by travel partners. We do not own or operate car parks, hotels or airlines.

In this policy, references to "we", "us", "our", "booking agent", "comparison platform" or "booking platform" mean A2Z Airport Parking Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the customer. References to "parking provider" or "service provider" mean the third-party company that supplies the parking service. References to "travel partner" mean the hotel, airline or travel supplier that fulfils a hotel or flight booking.

Airport parking cancellation requests must be made directly through A2Z Airport Parking Ltd, not solely with the parking provider, unless we expressly instruct you otherwise.

1. How to cancel airport parking

You may submit a request through Manage Booking, by email to info@a2zairportparking.co.uk, through our contact page or through another support channel displayed on the website.

The request is treated as received when it is successfully submitted to A2Z. The cancellation deadline is measured against the booked parking start date and time (the scheduled parking arrival time shown on the booking confirmation), not against the date the booking was made.

2. Flexible bookings and cancellation fee

A flexible booking may be cancelled when A2Z receives the request at least 48 hours before the booked parking start date and time.

Flexible bookings have free cancellation for 24 hours after the booking is made. A £10.00 cancellation/administration fee applies thereafter and will be deducted from the refund. No cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of arrival.

Cancellations remain subject to the operator’s applicable terms.

Booking fees, SMS charges, postal charges, Cancellation Cover, Amendment Charges, optional extras and any other charges stated to be non-refundable will not be refunded.

3. Requests within 48 hours

A cancellation request received within 48 hours of the booked parking start date and time is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

A booking made within 48 hours of the parking start cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.

4. Non-flexible bookings

Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. The non-flexible status must be shown clearly before purchase.

5. Amendments

Customers may amend a booking only if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Amendment requests made within 48 hours of departure are not permitted.

The administration fee for Booking Transfer and Date Change is £5.00, plus any increase in the quoted parking price for date changes.

The Cooling-Off Period applies only to bookings made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible. Customers may make eligible amendments free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking (the "Cooling-Off Period"). The Cooling-Off Period applies only to standard booking amendments. Date changes, booking transfers and cancellations are not included and remain subject to the applicable fees and terms. All cancellation charges and cancellation policies remain applicable and are not waived during the Cooling-Off Period.

Changes to the booking time only are free of charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Other booking-detail changes requested at least 48 hours before departure are subject to the applicable amendment charge (for example £5.99, or £2.99 when more than 72 hours before departure), unless waived under the Cooling-Off Period.

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended.

6. Extended stays and delayed flights

Customers who stay longer than the parking period shown on their booking confirmation must pay the parking provider's prevailing daily rate for the additional time.

This applies where the additional stay results from a delayed or cancelled flight, or any other reason. The additional charge will normally be between £25 and £45 per day, but the parking provider's actual rate at the time will apply.

7. Cancellation Cover

Cancellation Cover applies only where it is offered for and added to an eligible flexible booking. The cancellation request must still be received at least 48 hours before the booked parking start date and time.

The £10.00 cancellation fee still applies after the first 24 hours. Cancellation Cover charges, booking fees, SMS charges, postal charges and optional extras remain non-refundable.

8. Refund processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method after deducting the applicable cancellation fee (none within 24 hours of booking, £10.00 thereafter) and all non-refundable charges.

No refund is normally available for a no-show, unused or partially used stay, incorrect booking information, late arrival or failure to follow the provider's instructions.

9. Provider service issues and contact

If a parking provider fails to deliver the booked service, contact A2Z with the booking reference and supporting evidence. A2Z will investigate and seek an appropriate resolution.

11. Separate bookings

Airport parking, hotel accommodation and flights are separate travel services unless A2Z expressly tells you otherwise.

A hotel or flight booking may have its own:

• booking reference;
• supplier;
• payment transaction;
• cancellation conditions;
• amendment conditions; and
• refund rules.

Cancellation of one service does not automatically cancel any other service.

12. Hotel cancellations

Each hotel room/rate has its own cancellation policy.

Before payment, we will display the cancellation conditions provided for the selected rate. These conditions form part of your booking.

13. Hotel amendments

Requests to change dates, guest names, room type or other booking details are subject to supplier rules and availability.

An amendment may:

• change the price;
• create a supplier fee;
• require cancellation and rebooking;
• cause the original rate to be lost; or
• be unavailable.

No amendment is effective until confirmed.

14. Hotel no-shows

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled within the permitted period, the supplier may treat the booking as a no-show and retain part or all of the price in accordance with the rate conditions.

15. Flight cancellations

Flight refund rights depend on the fare rules of the ticket purchased and any applicable statutory rights.

A fare may be:

• refundable;
• partially refundable;
• non-refundable;
• changeable subject to a fee and fare difference; or
• non-changeable.

The applicable fare rules will be shown or made available before payment.

16. Flight amendments

Where permitted, an amendment may involve:

• airline change fees;
• fare differences;
• taxes;
• supplier servicing charges;
• baggage or seat price differences.

A2Z cannot guarantee that an airline or supplier will accept a requested amendment.

17. Airline cancellations and significant schedule changes

Where an airline cancels or materially changes a flight, the options available are determined by applicable law, the airline and the ticketing/travel supplier.

Depending on the circumstances, options may include re-routing, alternative travel or a refund.

A2Z may assist with communication, but the airline and/or ticketing supplier controls the operational decision and fulfilment of the remedy where the matter is within their control.

18. Refund method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment route.

Where the hotel or flight payment was processed by a travel partner or payment provider, that party may process the refund.

The time taken for cleared funds to appear can depend on the supplier, payment processor, card scheme and your bank.

19. A2Z service responsibility

A2Z remains responsible for services A2Z itself provides and for any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights.

20. How to request a cancellation or amendment

Use the Manage Booking route shown in your booking confirmation or contact the support route identified for that booking.

Hotel bookings: Manage Hotel Booking. Flight bookings: Manage Flight Booking. You can also email info@a2zairportparking.co.uk or use our support desk.

When contacting support, provide:

• booking reference;
• lead passenger/guest name;
• travel dates;
• requested action.

Do not assume a cancellation is complete until you receive confirmation.

Close to departure, urgent flight issues may have to be resolved directly with the airline once check-in has opened.

21. Parking is separate

Airport parking cancellations remain governed by the applicable A2Z Airport Parking Terms and Conditions and are not governed by this hotel/flight policy. See sections 1 to 10 of this page and our Airport Parking Terms and Conditions.

Unless a hotel rate or airline fare expressly says otherwise, the following parking rules do not apply to hotel or flight bookings:

• the 24-hour free-cancellation window and £10.00 parking cancellation/administration fee;
• the 48-hour parking cancellation notice period;
• parking Cancellation Cover;
• parking refund vouchers; and
• parking Late Return Cover.
