Change your mind in the first 24 hours after booking and cancel without a charge. After that a cancellation fee applies, and the operator's own terms continue to apply.
Every operator on A2Z is checked before it is listed, and the security features of each car park are shown on the product so you can see what you are booking.
Your confirmation arrives by email as soon as the booking completes, with the address, the arrival instructions and the contact number for the car park.
The price you compare is the price you pay. Any checkout charges known to us, including airport access fees, are shown before you reach the payment step.
A UK based team has been handling A2Z bookings for more than 9 years, and they are reachable by phone and email if anything about your booking needs changing.
Short stay at Southampton means parking for a brief trip: overnight, a weekend, or a couple of days. The public short-stay car park is priced for a few hours at the kerb, and the barrier rate is usually the dearest way through the airport. Pre-booked Meet & Greet or on-airport parking is the practical alternative for a night or two.
Your confirmation names the reception or car park. Follow that, not the public short-stay signs, unless short stay is the product you booked.
Meet & Greet is usually the fastest short stay: drive to the reception named on your voucher, hand the keys to an insured driver, and walk into check-in. On-airport parking is the next closest option when it is listed for your dates.
Do not follow signs for the public short-stay or drop-off loop unless that is the product on your confirmation. The voucher names the reception or car park you actually booked.
Not always. Official short stay is one on-site product. This page also compares Meet & Greet and other close-in options used for short trips.
The product and your confirmation name the car park or reception. Use that address on the day, and check the terminal printed on your ticket before you travel.
Only if that car park is named on your confirmation. Most bookings use a specific reception or compound.
