Every operator on A2Z is checked before it is listed, and the security features of each car park are shown on the product so you can see what you are booking.
Your confirmation arrives by email as soon as the booking completes, with the address, the arrival instructions and the contact number for the car park.
The price you compare is the price you pay. Any checkout charges known to us, including airport access fees, are shown before you reach the payment step.
A UK based team has been handling A2Z bookings for more than 9 years, and they are reachable by phone and email if anything about your booking needs changing.
Park & Ride is the usual way to spend less at Southampton: you park the car yourself and take a shuttle. Transfer time and how often the bus runs are on the product — compare those with the total, not the sticker figure alone.
Your confirmation names the reception or car park. Follow that, not the public short-stay signs, unless short stay is the product you booked.
Look at the stated transfer time, whether the shuttle runs through the night, and the cancellation terms on the product. Flexible and non-flex products are labelled on the card.
Keep your keys unless the product says otherwise. On return, use the shuttle back to the compound. A2Z is the booking agent; the operator runs the car park and the buses.
Usually, once you include the shuttle wait and the ride. Factor that in for early flights. The product card states the operator’s typical transfer.
On Park & Ride you normally keep your keys, unless the product says otherwise. That is shown before you pay.
The product and your confirmation name the car park or reception. Use that address on the day, and check the terminal printed on your ticket before you travel.
