Slow to meet me on drop off & a grumpy man on the telephone but very cheerful man collected eventually. On return we had to wait for about 20 mins but all good & again polite & cheery man! Thank you!

Excellent drop off service. Quick and pleasant. Collection took a long time to arrive despite giving the notice they asked for.

The drop off process took much longer than expected, from when we were in the arrivals hall to receiving tha car was about half an hour, I gave plenty of notice too. I was with an eighty year old lady and standing in the freezing parking lot for that amount of time I felt was too long. This should and I’m sure could sharpen up. Other than that nothing else negative to say.
