A good service. If they’d just answered the phone I’d have given higher rating, but they did call back. Caused anxious moments as didn’t know how we would be able to get in touch. Otherwise a great service (didn’t have to wait for a bus!!!)

Efficient friendly service

Drop off went very well even though it was very early morning. Pick up not so good at 1200hrs. Tried to call after picki g up luggage as requested but mobile number either engaged not answered ( message mobile not available). Made my way to meet point and tried again when I eventually got through. Car was then delivered in 10 mins and driver was friendly and apologetic sying they had been very busy. Suggestion: Need multi line answering service to cope with busy periods to prevent customer frustration.

A little apprehensive initially due to great VFM however the service was brilliant and good communication throughout. Had to alter return pick up time due to friend booking me on a later flight - phoned HPR and they altered with no fuss. Car was waiting straight away on arrival. One thing, site needs to be updated for directions to drop off as went in level 4 as mentioned but drop off/collection actually level 5. Will be using service again in March. Thank you. EXCELLENT 5*

Quick easy and friendly

Excellent service drop off as well as pick up. Friendly staff and good value for money. I will use them again.

Nice to walk straight to your car get in and drive home, no waiting for your car to be dropped off or hurdled in to a bus for 25 mins to then go search a dark car park for your car. Cost a little more but well worth it.

Great service , reasonable priced about 8min away from the airport . Good friendly staff and very efficient, would definitely book again.

nice clean bus for transportation

Very good service, car had only done a few miles. Did have to wait a bit when we got home.

The only problem we encountered was that we were arriving from an inn near the South Terminal which was not obviously on the written directions we were given. So we typed in AZ Parking in Google Maps, but that only took us to the corporate headquarters!! Luckily the Cophall people were able to give us the post code and that got us there. Definitely use the post code if not using the directions sent. We were lucky that we started early.

Super guys, very helpful, quick and friendly. Collection was rapid and as I'd been away for 4 weeks had started my car to make sure it was ok. Unlike other airport parking, my car was placed right next to their office and they helped me with my bags. Excellent value for the low price. Will use them again.

At drop-off, I called to let them know we are 20 minutes away from the airport, , no answer and phone line was off until we got the airport. This made us worried. They should have more than one contact numbers.
