Excellent service, no issues when my flight was really early. Ready and waiting when I came out. And a great price. Highly recommeded.

There was a bit of confusion on drop off because the written instructions had changed although i have to add for the better, except where to actually stop to be met and finding the pick up was initially also confusing but will be easier the next time I use this service. Always difficult to gauge when to call for pickup as this time waited nearly 30 after collecting baggage, whereas if I'd phoned when the baggage was coming through might have been quicker. Very helpful though as it was snowing on our return and I was asked to wait inside near the entrance and they would call me when the car was delivered.

Very clever process easy to follow shame the self scanner machines were not working at drop off but apart from that an excellent service will definitely use again

This was the easiest booking process, simple drop off with friendly staff. We arrived back 3 hours earlier than expected, no problem our car was with us within minutes. Cannot recommend this service highly enough. Thanks

A necessary part of the journey. Airport signage and car park signage and instructions were very poor.

Easy drop off and pick-up at LRH T5. Disappointingly the car was returned with walnuts all over the driver seat and centre console. We do not eat in the car so this has been done whilst in their care.

Good Just answer the phone quicker when people are dropping there cars off, as this is quite an important part.

Had to wait for 40 minutes for guy to collect car. On return we rang after collecting luggage and as we got to meeting point lady turned up with car which was brilliant as my mum was with me. She is disabled and I was worried she would have to stand about, but she didn't so that was great. Will definitely use service again.

Drop off no problem. On returning, we phoned after collecting luggage, but no answer. Did not inspire confidence when you're tired and just want to get home. Tried again with success, and told car would be with us in 20 minutes. Had to call again after 25 minutes, told car was on the way. It turned up a few minutes later. Very pleasant and efficient drivers, and car was in good condition. Overall, good value for money, and I would use again.

Staff helpful especially the driver as my luggage was heavy and he had no problems assisting me. Flat battery and that too was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good service all round.

It was all very easy. The only thing I would say is that the pick-up point at the airport was not immediately obvious. I think it would be helpful to customers if they were told to turn right out of Arrivals and walk down until they get to zone C. Otherwise, all good.

Great experience - easy to use

Excellent. I use Meet and Greet a lot at Heathrow and Gatwick and the service there is not always acceptable. The service from Ringway Ride was first class. They were waiting for us when we arrived to drop off the car and there were both very quick and completely honest about the timescale for collection. I would definitely want to use them again whenever I fly out of Manchester.

Quick and easy service, we walked out of the the airport, were picked up immediately and back to my car all within 10 minutes, I felt safe leaving my car with “I love park and ride” as the car park is gated and no mileage was added to my car. I will be using again

Value for money though wait times in dropping off and picking up longer than I anticipated. If it had been wet windy or snowing I would have been more unhappy.

It was a good service not to far away from the airport they got you to the airport as soon as you handed in your key they was no waiting and on the way back you just phoned up to get pick up

Had to wait 25 minutes to pick up my car from initial phone call made.
