Booked a short break to Paris and decided to leave the car at the airport. The booking was straight forward and I even had a query about something and the guy on the other end of the phone was very helpful. Car park 5 is only a short walk from the terminal and will definitely be using this service again as I’ve another short break coming up in November

Please avoid sure parking. I dropped off my car and few hours later I got a call from Police that they took my car because the driver didn’t have any insurance. On my return I had to release my car from police compound. They only refunded partial payment and no compensation for time and money had to spend to release my car from the compound. Avoid at all cost it’s not worth it.

Very efficient at drop off and when collecting. We have an app to track our car, when we landed it was at the compound, we couldn't get through via the telephone to say that we had a our cases but the flight must have been tracked as the car was at the car park once we got through customs even though our flight was delayed.

Great service, drivers could have been a bit more chatty on boarding and prices could be lower

Avoid - constant misinformation, lack of care, T&C's of parking provider (SMG VIP, Whole Group Vehicle Storage) vary from T&C of booking platform (A2Zparking). 1. Spoke over the phone with SMG employee and informed that I will arrive 1.20 mins after booked slot time - was assured that as I have "meet and greet" parking it wont be problem 2. arrived and has been informed that by now management "changed ruling" - my booking has now been cancelled as it is over 60 mins after booking time 3. Explained to staff member that T&C's of booking platform are allowing up to 2 hours lateness but was met with only one solution - pay us £300 in cash for new booking as we are not taking your car in anymore (Which I did as it was only way to still catch my plane). 4. Contacted office few days later and explained situation (breach of trading standards) - was told that as I paid "voluntary" there is nothing they done wrong. 5. Contacted A2ZParking who supported my claim based on merchant not conforming to agreed T&C's and refunded my original booking. I recovered my money but whole experience left me with sour feeling - I felt that customer service doesn't care about customers or services provided to customers by own employees. Not to be repeated for sure with this provided!

We used the Birmingham Maple Meet & Greet. Instructions were very clear and the vehicle was dropped efficiently. On returning, we contacted the company to say we had received our luggage and it was a 10 minute walk to the Meet & Greet area. On arrival we had a further 10 minute wait for our vehicle with no apology or explanation from the driver. The service was not as expected and will look elsewhere in future.

The whole process went smoothly. Dropped off at airport, crossed over to the terminal. On Return, telephoned the number as requested, car was already at the airport waiting for us. Checked car over, all good as when dropped off. Loaded luggage and set off home. Perfect Service Thank you

Drop of great and simple had to wait for car on return but overall very good

Drop off was a little chaotic so would allow at least 20 mins for them to come to your car, but once they collect your car from you it’s quick. Collection was good and in time.

There when I arrived for both drop-off and pick up; explained what I needed to do on return and we were on our way, no issues at all!

It was all a con to get people to do meet and greet and pay an extra charge for this service. An awful experience

This was the smoothest experience of airport parking we have had. Both drop-off and pick-up were straight forward and hassle free. Would definitely use them again.

Very prompt each time. Drop of and collection 1 minutes from the chekin counter. Car looked after very well, return in the same condition received.

Sure parking looked after our car for 11 days and car was fine. Easy and efficient drop off and collection in ideal location right next to north terminal. Called to say back just after collecting luggage and by time got to meeting point just had a wait of about 20 mins. Cost of parking was value for money and not too expensive. We would definitely use again

Drop off was excellent and pick up was good the only issue I had was that when I was given my ticket to exit I was informed it had been paid but at the gate the ticket wasn’t paid for and cost me £7 so not particularly happy about that

I returned to find clear signs that someone had been using my car during my absence. The driver’s seat was fully reclined, the air vents had been moved, and there was a stale, unpleasant smell inside the vehicle — none of which were present when I left it. It’s deeply concerning that my car was not treated with the care and respect I expected. This experience has raised serious questions about how vehicles are handled by their staff. I paid for secure parking, not for someone to relax in my car while I was away. Very disappointed and would not recommend Maple Parking based on this experience.

booking and parking okay but customer service was not so good

Every went good until,I got back in my car ,my car mats were covered in white clay foot print ????????,my car was brand-new I'd only drove it 3 times before it got dropped off for my weeks holiday,I wasn't happy with this .it could have been looked after better than this , apart for this happening,every other thing was good

Excellent service and very convenient, with no fuss. Straight forward to order and all the direction’s given clearly on how to get there. Drop off is simple and so is collection. I can’t fault the service and recommend highly.

The location is very convenient — close to the airport with plenty of spacious parking spots. The free shuttle service to the terminal is a big plus. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the shuttle; currently, it’s a small van with cramped seating. A proper coach or bus would make the transfer more comfortable. Overall, a solid and reliable parking choice.

Entrance to the site took over forty minutes, part of which we we stuck at the entrance and parked half on a busy roundabout. On our return the pick up was very efficient and quick but the driver seemed a bit abrupt which is something you don't need after a 5 HR early morning flight. Overall good value for money and would use again.

We hadn’t flown from Luton before, so this was the first time using Maple Parking. Despite the amount of building construction taking place following Instructions to car park 1 level 4 was relatively straightforward. Reps were there to meet us hand over keys and documents etc and process was quick and easy. Two lifts and a short walk and we were in the terminal building. If we were to fly again from Luton we’d be happy to use Maple parking.

Absolutely fantastic company I had no issue dropping off my car and picking up. Highly recommended.

DROP OFF WAS GREAT AND SIMPLE, UNFORTUENTLY WHEN PICKING UP CAR WE WAS ASKED TO WAIT 10 TO 12 MINS FOR DELAY ISSUES, WHICH WE DID INSIDE. NO PHONE CALL TO SAY WE HAVE ARRIVED WITH YOU CAR, TIME LAPSED AND NOW WE ARE HAVING TO PAY A PARKING TICKET. ITS BAD ENOUGHT WE HAD A 2 HOUR DELAY IN FLIGHT, TRAINS TO THE TERMINAL WAS BROKEN DOWN AT STANSTEAD, HAD TO WALK TEN MINUTES TO GET A BUS TO THE TERMINAL.THEN THE BAGGAGE BELT WAS HAVING ISSUES AND DELAYS FOR BAGGAGE PICK UP. TROLLEY CAME OUT 20 MINUTES AFTERWARDS. WE WAS ALL VERY TIRED AND EXUSTED. ALL THE DRIVER HAD TO DO WAS CALL US ON OUR MOBILE TO STATE WE ARE HERE AT COLLECTION POINT C NOW, COME GET YOUR CAR. THEY FAILED TO DO THIS SIMPLE TASK. IN THE END I HAD TO CALL AGAIN ONLY TO GET ABUSED ON THE PHONE, I ASKED WHY DID YOU NOT CALL TO SAY YOU WAS HERE?? NO RESPONSE. NOW WE HAVE TO PAY A PARKING TICKETOF £70. THANKS.
