Good value and generally straightforward. Took a little while to locate the 247 rep on arrival but the car was waiting ready straight from exiting the airport - excellent return service. Would use again.

when dropping off car the person collecting car had no receipt to give us for car which was a little worrying and had to wait a while for car to be returned but this was because they were busy

Brilliant service. Return flight was delayed and it was uncertain if we’d get back that night or would overnight. We received a text telling us that they’d noticed our flight was delayed and advising that their staff finished at midnight. When we found out our flight was going to arrive back at well gone midnight they agreed to wait at terminal 5 for us. There was a small charge for this but that was way better than having to taxi home and return the next day. Thanks guys! Better customer service than BA in the delay!!

Excellent service and value for money

Excellent- can't fault. Drop off was easy just outside the LHR T5 building. and walked right in. Return: I had a call as soon as my flight had landed to say to call them once I have collected luggage. Had only to wait 2-3mins outside to get into my car at LHR T5.

Quick and efficient

Was very convenient & fast & friendly. Of course could have been a bit cheaper as I am used to Stansted and Luton prices.... But maybe £100 for a week at Heathrow is regular...

Overall we received a good service from Meet & Greet. The instructions on dropping off the car were not very clear and it was difficult to work out where to take the car to. Once found the service was smooth. The collection of the car was perfect and the overall value for money was very good. Would recommend them.

Easy to book and helpful when we arrived a little early. Both on drop-off and collection we waited almost no time at all and car returned as taken with only a small mileage added. All in all a good experience and will use them again.

We were delayed in getting to the airport so were a bit late for the agreed time. The driver did not arrive that early so we just had to dash into Departures as soon as he arrived. Return flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours. Then it seemed to take ages for the plane steps to arrive and in the meantime your driver was waiting for us which was lovely.

The driver who collected our car and the driver who returned it were both polite and punctual. An excellent service.

Would use again. I got my dates mixed up and within minutes it was sorted on the day when I realised and drop off and pick up were very good. Obviously there was a surcharge but I accepted that as it was my mistake!
