at last a decent meet and greet service ! after loads of totally useless and rude companies its refreshing to find a professional company like this for a very reasonable price.will definitely use again

We were a little apprehensive as we had heard (after booking of course!) horror stories about various companies. However we needn't have worried. We rang 20 minutes before we arrived to find that when we got to the car park the man collecting the cars didnt have a card with our details on- Hear we go- I thought but no- he very quickly sorted it- rang his office looked at the copy of the confirmation I had and completed the form himself. So we put that down to an admin oversight that was very quickly sorted. On our return and arriving back 15 minutes early- I rang as per instructions after we had collected our baggage and then made our way to the terminal. There was someone waiting with our keys and our car sitting there, in exactly the same condition we had left it in. Brilliant- beats waiting for shuttle bus or cabs that are late/dont turn up. I would thoroughly recommend Sure Parking and will definitely be using them again.

20min wait to be picked up on return, poor journey back to car park, had to retrieve own car from car park. £30 seemed cheap when booking, seems expensive in hindsight. Wouldn't use again.

I have no reason to give them anything else but full marks. To finding the place and dropping off, to being picked up and collecting, service was excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Drop off was good. It did take a long time for the car to be delivered back to us on pick up - 60 mins from first call. (It was a week day morning and commuter traffic likely impacted). Suggest ring when plane lands.

This is the first time I've used Sure Parking, so I was a little apprehensive about whether the process would run smoothly. However, all concerns were unfounded. Everything was easy. No delays, no issues. Much quicker and easier than using the long term car parks with their shuttle busses. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

An ok service but pick up collection point does not match what confirmation e-mail says. It’s in a different place and it was difficult to understand the person from the company who was trying to confirm pick up point.

Easy drop off to the Car Park with our Car in the middle of the night. Fast Minibus service to the Airport...no hanging around when dropping Car off. Fast collection from Gatwick, & the Minibus was exactly where they said it would be. Car all ready to go when back at the Car holding site. Would use again. Thanks.

Couldn’t fault anything about the whole experience, from the ease of the online booking process, the great information given, and the drop off/pick up. Would highly recommend, and I will be using them again when travelling.

Quick efficient and very helpful

Very pleased with the service we had with the Meet and Greet of Tudor Rose. Both drop off and collection were in the middle of the night so expected the representatives to not be at their happiest but both were joyful, polite and humorous. They were prompt with timings on both collection and return, the car had only done the expected mileage so comfortable that it was looked after and all was as expected. Only one very slight annoyance. Our return flight was with an airline that went bust so we had to change the flight we came in on to a few hours later. We had a non flex booking so we got charged £10 for the time difference which was annoying considering it was totally out of our control but also they are the rules. We were asked to pay it when we handed the car over which was fine but they then also asked us for it when we collected the return so it wasn't logged that we had paid. Minor issue though, overall all good and would use again.

Really convenient only thing to note is do ring 20-30 minutes of arriving to avoid waiting to drop off apart from that nice friendly gentlemen turn up and look after your car from the door of the terminal - I will use again.

Drop off was fine but pickup over 45 minutes after we called - waited outside in the cold with no updates and no explanation or apology. Language is a barrier both with the office and drivers - very difficult to communicate as they barely speak English.

Nightmare. Unacceptable time keeping.

Due to an event around the drop off point they arranged to collect my car from the terminal which was fantastic. On my arrival back to Heathrow the driver made contact with me to tell me where he would collect me and that he would ring me on his arrival so I could stay in the terminal and keep warm. Great customer service and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

It was a little difficult to find the car park as the directions did not include the diversion. On leaving the car park to return home the barrier didn't automatically lift, we had to speak the operator to lift the barrier for us. However it was good value for money and we would use again.

Easy booking, good price in comparison to many others. Drop off very easy and quick. Pick up took around 35 mins and after a tiring few days would have liked it to be as quick as the drop off. All in all good service and would use again.

They were late to pick up the car and drop it off even when I had specified the times and called 30 mins prior, as per there instructions. The controller was rude and did not provide any clear answers. The car came back muddy and dirty.

On way to airport we were advised not to go to drop off point as described in written instructions but not being clear on what we should do we went anyway. Then had to wait 40 minutes for car to be collected. Then told we had to pay for parking ticket, I refused. For collection again told not to go to place as per instructions but to drop off zone where it clearly said anyone using to pick up could be fined. I presume this is all about the parking company saving money but at least be upfront about it in which case I would not have used. I now understand that due to other complaints A2Z no longer use this company.

Efficient, friendly and tolerant of stupid old ladies like me!

Very smooth from start to finish. My car was ready and waiting to drive Away and our transfer driver was very friendly and helpful. Also so close to the airport terminal that the transfer took no time At all (which was just as well because we overslept 🙈), less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend and use again.
