Great stay. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Locations to the Underground made it easy to get around the city. The rooftop restaurant/bar was lively and fun They were repairing elevators which made one set of elevators unusable and the entrance to the brewery was not available in the hotel.

An excellent hotel - we would definitely go back.. We loved the rooftop bar and also having breakfast there. We had a lovely evening meal on the first night and were given complimentary champagne for our wedding anniversary. Such a kind gesture to help us celebrate. I also loved the Penhaligons Halfeti bath products - my favorite fragrance ❤️ Our fridge didn't work - but it was replaced immediately after contacting reception. The only problem was that the air conditioning didn't cool the room very well. We were out a lot so didn't mention it as we loved our upgraded room and the views from the 9th floor!

Staff were great, incredibly attentive We deliberately paid for this hotel rather than something cheaper because of the pool and sauna, but they were closed for a portion of our stay, so I feel we have spent over the odds and not had use of the full facilities

Exceptional, would absolutely recommend this hotel to all types of travelers!. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I stayed with my 9-year-old son as a birthday treat for him and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel special down to sweet treats, balloons, and gifts waiting for him in our room. Not to mention ice cream on arrival :) The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. We used the swimming pool during the children's hours and my son had lots of fun. Having the jacuzzi right next to the pool meant we could both enjoy ourselves :) We had dinner at The Aviary on the 10th which offers amazing views of London. The service and food were top-notch. We had breakfast as part of our booking and it did not disappoint either, so many choices from the buffet but also being able to order certain dishes cooked fresh by the chefs was a nice touch. The reception team was fabulous as well as the guys who greeted us outside and helped with our bag. Everyone was very friendly which made me feel at ease being a single parent with a young child. Thank you all for making our stay one to remember :) Nothing it was all brilliant! :)

Urgent renovation necessary. Friendliness of the staff Rooftop bar very noisy due to external guests making noise in the corridors at night. Partially very worn out.
