Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean, bright, rooms excellently located for theatre and shopping.. Location, excellent. Pool, excellent. Room size, small but expected in NYC. Nowhere to put a suitcase though. Clean, tidy & brightly furnished. Small room size. Like a bath as well as a shower.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Hygiene, location, pool, no long waits for the elevators, no noise disturbance, complimentary water bottles and coffee in the room. The beds were a bit narrow.

fantastic. Location is just perfect, city center and yet a pool available Limited space at the pool, okay, but then to add 10 "special" seats that you can reserve at $400 per day, that's a bit much. They are empty 90% of the time while often there is no space for hotel guests.
