From 29th August 2023 new ULEZ charges will affect bookings at most car parks serving Heathrow for vehicles that do not meet Euro 6 emissions regulations - please make sure you check before you travel.
Terminal 2
Follow signs for T2 Short Stay 2. Go through the main tunnel towards Terminals 2 & 3.
As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane for T2 Short Stay. Do not go to Drop-Off (upper ramp) as there are additional fees to enter this area, which you must pay directly to Heathrow.
Head up the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane signposted Short Stay Passenger Pick up, stay in the right-hand lane for Level 4, and use the barrier furthest to your right.
Take the barrier ticket to the driver and enter the car park. Enter the car park on Level 4, follow Off Airport Parking signs, and park your vehicle in "Row B," where a chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
Height restriction for Short Stay 2 is 2.2m.

Terminal 3
Follow the signs for T3 Short Stay 3. Go through the main tunnel towards Terminals 2 & 3. As you exit the tunnel, stay in the 2nd lane from the left for T3 Short Stay 3.
After the traffic lights, follow the lane all the way around, and you’ll then see the road open up to many lanes. Stay to the right signposted Terminal 3 Short Stay 3.
Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area, which you must pay directly to Heathrow. Enter the short-stay car park.
Take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and drive up the ramp to Level 4. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, then park your vehicle in ROW “A”, where a Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
Height restriction for Short Stay is 2.2m.

Terminal 4
Follow signs for T4. Drive up the ramp and follow signs for passengers' short-term pickup. At the top of the ramp, you’ll see the barriers and signs for Short Stay Car Park 4.
Do not go to Drop-Off (left lanes before car park entrance) or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and drive down the ramp to Level 2 following signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in Rows E or F, where a chauffeur will meet you.
Height restriction for Short Stay is 2.1m.

Terminal 5
Follow signs for T5 Short Stay. As you go up the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane, and you will see signs for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up.
Do not go to Drop-Off/ Valet Parking or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees to enter these areas, which you must pay directly to Heathrow.
Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Avis Budget Returns T5 signs (this takes you to Level 4). After the height restriction barrier, stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4, and you’ll then see a sign after this for Off-Airport Parking.
Keep left and go straight ahead and take a ticket at the barrier to hand to the driver. You’ll enter the short-stay car park on Level 4 at this point.
Proceed to ROW R or S, where a Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
